question, buy a stroker? or stroke mine?

guys, since i have 134k miles on my car, i don't wanna take risk and swap heads/cam to my car.

i am thinking to buy stroker engine or send my engine to a shop and let them stroke..

which one do you think makes more sense and would be cheaper?

here is one stroker:

here is another one says that he would stroke my engine

what do you guys think?

Hint #1, you don't go on ebay to buy your stroker motor.

This is really a personal choice. There is no best way.
I believe buying an assembled engine off E-Bay or even from a local shop would be cheaper, and if this is your first time may be a better way to go.
Having a local shop or custom mail order engine built for you gives you far greater contol over the process. Do you want forged parts or cast, 2 bolt mains or 4, clearences loose or tight, I-beams or H-beams, etc.

actually, i was just trying to get an idea from ebay! i have a couple local shops here and i wanted to get some ideas before i walk into one..

see, this is my problem, i do not know much about engine modifications. i don't know what forged parts / cast means or 2 bolts mains/4bolts mains, etc...

i will check with the local shop and get a whole deatiled informations from them but i am worried that they are gonna rip me off, since i don't know much!

well, thanks a lot guys..
