Question for anyone wtih a 93 Z28 and a K&N

How long is the spacer that takes the place of the MAF on the 94+ cars? I bought a CAI off ebay and it doesn't have this part so I am going to make one, just need to know how long.

That's why I got the LPE CAI. They have a model specifically for 93s.

Got-LT1,

I think I have your part. I have the K&N FIPK kit on my 96. Installed all the parts and I have a plastic tube left over..probably about 3 inches long...diameter looks like our stock MAF. It's the "speed density adapter" part for the 93 cars. If so, you can have it as long as you pay for shipping. PM me with your email and I'll send you a picture of it. Won't ever need this part unless my 96 magically becomes a 93 for some reason.

If I remember correctly, K&N sells a kit for 93s. I would just give them a call and tell them you need that one part. They have ABSOLUTELY AMAZING customer service and will probably ship it to you for free, but if they don't then you also have the generous offer from the person above to consider.

He's right. I have the K&N for a 93 and the kit includes everything needed.
