Question About A Sheetmetal Inatke Or Custumize A Holley Stealth Ram>>>

CAN YOU PUT THIS HOLLEY STEALTH RAM INTAKE ON AN LT1 CAR? AND IS IT ANYMORE BENEFITIAL OVER MY STOCK 58MM BORED INTAKE. I DO HAVE AN 8LBS BLOWER SOON TO BE 18 TO 20 LBS!

ALSO LOOKING INTO GETTING A SHEETMETAL ONE BUILT FOR AROUND 1,000 AND THEN BOLTING A 90MM FAST LS1 THROTTLE BODY TO IT WITH CUSTOM MOUNT FOR THROTTLE BRACKET AND NO EMSSIONS OR EGR??

WHAT DO YOU THINK>>

HERE IS THE EBAY STEALTH

I've got one that I'm going to be getting rid of in the near future. It has been converted to run on an lt1. It's currently on my car. It is rough and I would need to do some work on it before it would be ready to sell , but if you aren't in a hurry We might be able to work something out.

If i remember right you have to cut and weld the back of the intake to fit under the firewall area.

Buddy of mine made 1,125HP with 20# boost through a stock LT4 intake manifold. You could do just as well with an LT1 if you had the heads to support it.

THIS IS THE INTAKE IAM PICKING UP FOR 900.00, GIVE ME YOUR INPUT IF IT IS DUMB AND WHAT WILL NEED TO BE DONE TO MAKE IT WORK WITH THE HIGH HP BLOWER APPLICATION. THAT NOS WILL BE PLUGGED. IT HAS A FUEL RAIL ALREADY SETUP BUT I GUESS I WILL NEED SOME AEROMTIVE AN FITTINGS AND A REMOTE ADJ FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR. THANKS FOR YOUR FEEDBACK, OR SHOULD I SAY SCREW IT AND KEEP THE LT1 PORTED INTAKE WITH HOLLEY LT1 THROTTLE BODY

Buddy of mine ran 10.60's with a 383 SR with a Stealth Ram and a Monoblade. 6inch runners seem to help area under the curve, making nice TQ production and probably better HP than a LTx intake manifold.

With a Boosted motor, your ramming the air into the intake, from what I hear Runner length doesn't matter. Building a 383 with a D1SC and AFR heads and I sold the single plane for a LT4 intake.

Keep the LT1 ported intake with holley LT1 throttle body, the lt1 intake is remarkably well designed, unless you want to abandon the lt1 heads and use 18 degree heads or something there are no sane reasons to abandon the lt1 intake.
