Question about rpm at 55 mph

Question about rpm at 55 mph
I'm pretty sure that my car originally came with 2.73's. This is due to the code in the glove box and the 1st gear lockout. What I am wondering though is rather or not the previous owner change gears. At 55 mph the tach reads about 1500 rpm with an A4. Does this sound about right to you other guys with an A4 and 2.73's? Thanks

that sounds correct to me, i have 2.73's and they do somewhere around there (haven't driven it in a while). But that sounds correct
