question about plug wires and rk sport headers
question about plug wires and rk sport headers
well, i am getting a major overhaul since the guy who owned the car before me never changed the coolant
so now i am replacing all the freezeplugs, w/p,. etc.
so while i'm there i'm thinking of doing plug wires along with other stuff
question is, if i replace the plug wires now, could i re-use them later with the rk sport middies for 94-95 z28s?
i heard that you can run the stock location with those headers and that's what i planned on doing when i get them (headers) in a year or so
so am i going to need new plug wires anyways when the headers are put in or can i use the ones that i'd be getting?
thanks in advance

Re: question about plug wires and rk sport headers
No experience with these headers - but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use them. As for plugs/wires, decide if you want to do them both now or when you do the header install. I know it's a year from now or so, but if you must do something now, just do plugs. You never know...you may even decide to go with longtubes, and then you may want the OTVC kit...
Re: question about plug wires and rk sport headers
well i think i'm gonna go with both now
and no, there's no chance of me going to longtubes
i want ground clearance, and even though emissions is going away in december, i'd still like my exhaust to be hooked up right
thanks for the response
