I was looking at his packages and saw that the prices were really low. I am guessing you have to send him your own heads, is that correct?

yep, send him stock castings and tell him what you want. he sends you back the re-worked heads and a new cam. you still need to buy supporting things like injectors, headers, and most importantly the rockers, pushrods and supporting valvetrain upgrades. this is all what i plan on doing. so i researched it a lot.
