I got a new clutch and everything in about a year ago. I now notice that when the clutch pedal is pushed in and I am just idling and sitting still there is no rattling noise. When the clutch pedal is out, the rattling starts. what could taht be

 

Probably a noisy throw out bearing. It's a common noise.

 

is it bad for anything

 

Throw out bearing, but replace the input shaft bearing in the T-56 just to be safe too...

 

how could the throw out bearing be bad so soon? I got a new one when the cutch went in less than a year ago
