Putting 94 Camaro LT1 motor in a 70 Camaro
I have the engine and tranny from a 94 Camaro the engine and tranny are both immaculate but the body is junk so I was going to drop it in a 70's model. What would I need to do to accomplish this? I know I'll probably have to ditch the computer and maybe some other electrical stuff. Has anyone ever done anything similar that can give me pointers?

Wrong forum, and unlikely to get responses here in the "Advanced Tech" forum. I'll move this to "LT1 Based Engine Tech" where you may get a better response.
I do note that you have not returned to the site and signed in since your post above, four days ago. That is not going to encourage people to make a major effort to provide you with the info you want. Personally, I would recommend they wait until you show some sign of returning, before spending a lot of time providing answers.
Why do you want to "ditch the computer"? An important part of the LT1 is the full sequential fuel injection, and the extremely high accuracy of the cam position sensor in the Optispark distributor. Is the trans manual or automatic? If its an automatic, its a 4L60E and it requires the PCM (computer) to shift it.
If all you want to do is convert to a carb and a conventional distributor, other than the aluminum heads, there is no advantage over using a Gen 1 SBC, and increasing the number of performance and replacement parts available.
