put on long tubes and plugs and wires and hestiation

I put on pacesetter long tube headers and new ngk plugs and taylor wires now the car in first off the line has a hesitation then pulls like crazy. I have an lt4 knock module for it just haven't done it yet ran out of time. When i put that in could that solve the problem, i mean if i mixed up a plug two would be wrong and it would barely run. Any body have any ideas?

Well your the one that put the hesitation on...why did you do that?

j/k
They may still run alright if you mixed two of them up...friend did it and he couldn't figure out why it got bad gas milage. Check those and check to make sure your wires are on good and tight.

The car runs strong, strong enough that it couldnt be a mixed up plug wire. It just seems to hesitate sometimes at WOT. I dont know about LT1's and how the knock sensor draws timing and fuel, but if anyone who did LT's could chime in, that would be cool.
