Pushrod Lengh Question

Do you have to change the pushrod length with the LT-1 when putting in a big cam? also does anyone know if with 7/16 studs guide plates etc, and the pro mag compcams non S.A rockers will bottom the tunion out on the stud with a bigger cam when trying to lash it down.

Thanks
...Rich

I'm running the CC306 with my stock pushrods. I also had my heads milled .030 and used a .029 head gasket, and the pushrod length is still fine. I am also running 7/16 studs, GMPP guideplates, comp pro mag 1.6's, and had no problems

I don't think he would be able to do all that with his. The length is fine...but 93 & 94 got hardened rods stock, 95+ didn't.

Woops, didn't catch that Yeah, definitely don't use your stock pushrods. A set of stock length (7.200") hardened pushrods costs $35ish, so its not a big deal
