push rod problem

ok so i started to put my car back together after a head swap. When i went to put the rockers on ( non self alligning 1.6's) the rockers touch the bottom of the studs. So do i need longer pushrods? i have comp hardend 7808's? these pushrods have been in the car for 3 years ? any help would be great.

Those look exactly like the rocker problem I described in this thread:
http://web.camaross.com/forums/showthread.php?t=500744

Answer... get different rockers. Something that's been proven like the Comp Cams HiTechs or ProMags instead of overly huge gargantuous looking aluminum rockers.
