pulls like no joke...sometimes

my car is still having the high end miss after the engine warms up...i somewhat fixed the intake elbow for the time be-ing...i can go down the road and punch it at 60 and it will down shift to 2nd and start climing toward the say 5000rpm mark, and it will kinda stumble/hesitate, then about 5500 its like WOW!!! and then hits red line and shifts to 2rd at about 95 mph...

can somebody please give me ideas on what to check next?!?!?

replaced the following:
fuel filter
plugs
plug wires
coil wire
clean maf, iat, and the throttle body
checked all vacum hoses

but the intake tube is the only thing i have questionable...but it only does this after its warmed up 190-200*

thanks again,
steve

Try upgrading the ignition? New coil or a MSD 6, does wonders from what i've heard.
