Pulling SLP shorties?

Has anyone taken out the dual cat ones? I have to replace the pass gaskets and have never done this before. Lookin for all the help I can get. I was told by one person that it will come out the top on the pass side. Is this true? I think the instructions says to drop them out the bottom.

Thanks
Jeremy

when i replaced the gaskets on my single cat headers i just took out the bolts at the head and loosened the header at the collector and leaned it out of the way while i worked.
