Pulley Bearings?

My engine has been making this funny squeaking noise lately, and the only thing I could think of could be one of the bearings in a pulley. Is this something anyone has dealt with before?
And if so, what pulleys that drive the acc. belt have bearings? Is it just the alternator and tensioner?
It squeaks at idle or near idle only (at least that I can hear) and gets louder after its been driven a while. I would think it was the belt but it too short of a duration.

Buy a can of belt dressing for $3; if the squeek goes away then you know it's the belt. The replace the belt (belt dressing is only a temporary fix).

Thanks for the help.
Looks like tomorrow I'll be pulling off the belt and turning pulleys by hand.
There's really a wealth of information on here if I ever remembered to use the search key. Found 20 diff. posts about pulley bearings.

Although the noisey pulley may show itself when you turn it by hand, they may act differently under load (belt side loading the pulley). I used a tube (and my ear) one time to try and hunt the sound down...convinced myself that it was the tensioner pulley. Bought a new one, swapped it and no change! That's when I tried the belt dressing. Happy hunting!
