The reason i took it out cause I was told the motor has "blow by"

Now How do i really tell if it reallllly does???

looks normal to me- when i pulled mine down at 107xxx looked just as clean and still had crosshatching-

 

Mine had the cross-hatches also. And, there was no ridge at the top of the cylinder. That was at 131,xxx. These motors are great for minimal cylinder wall wear. The bearings are the things that you mostly need to worry about.
