What are the pros and cons of taking my engine out from the bottom or top? anyone? i did a search and i think i am gonna take it out from the bottom, but i want to know what everyone's opinion is...and are there are links as for how-to's for the procedure? tia.

 

I did it out the top and we had the motor out in 4 hours. It really wasnt that bad! I think it would be easier that way but I have seen some write-ups on taking it out the bottom and it looks really easy.

 

You'll need a lift or really talk jack stands to go out the bottom. I've pulled 3 motors out the top, straight foward to do.
