Proper Method To torque ARP Rod Bolts (Eagle I beam)

I did a full rebuild of my 95 camaros LT1 and I used eagle I beam rods and ARP 12pt head rod bolts. When I installed them I used stock torque specifications not thinking about it. Well now I have 37 miles on the motor and one of the rod bolts is working its way out and hitting the block. So I need to support the engine, Drop the k-member, pull the pan off and re torque them correctly. does anyone have the correct procedure?.. I would asume its gong to be a multiple step torque sequence followed by a torque angle maybe?..

Thanks for the help

Edit: More Info

Well a lot of guys just torque them and forget about it, but using a stretch gauge is the best way because torque can be fooled by friction. You want to know the preload on the bolt, not how hard it was to tighten it. Also some racers will measure the fatigue of the bolts by checking the stretch to see if the bolts are getting too long.
