Sounds so familiar. Bought mine for 2k, full suspension, ewp, crane 1.6rrs and catback but has a blown motor. So i decided to go the "cam only" route using a 503. Previous best was a 13.4@105.

Good work and keep us updated.

Well we ran it this morning.....track was crappy, and we ran it on a stock tune.

12.55 @ 110.7 8.01@ 89 in the 660

Not bad but we lost 60' so If we can get that back we should go faster.

Exaust is really choking it, needs longtubes,gears and a bigger converter. I think it will go 11's cam only. Not so sure if a tune will pick it up any or not.....

Either way it has some more in it

The car can go LOW 12s and upper 11s if you work on it.
I put the HOT cam into the upper 11's

I can send you a tune to upload just to try, have had good luck with it locally :-)

Are you running an A3 or A4? Probably going to need a 3500ish GOOD TC and of course, the lower weight the better.

I figured you'd be in mid 12's. Props man, a better TC, Lt's and perhaps a dumped TD exhaust, weight reduction w/ tune you're in the high 11's low 12's
