in process of mods, need some help

i am at the stage of taking the crank pulley off, but the nuts are stuck and when i try and break them loose the hub spins, how can i prevent this? also i am doing the TC, i heard its pretty straight fwd but any tips would help. when i install the cam timing gear i keep the factory settings right? thanx guys.

If you don't have an impact wrench, try a big pipe wrench.
Not sure about TC I have a 6 speed

got everything out and ready for new isntalls, lost half a damn valve lock so i ahve to get one.

Just make sure the dots are lined up on the timing sprockets.

i am going to try and do the torqe convertor can anyone gimme some ingisht on this? do i need to drain the fluid? jack anything up etc?
