I have the Delco Bose system in my Z28 (I believe thats the stock system). Well, its doesn't work. To be specific, the main stereo flickers the time, and the sound fades in and out... I removed the stereo from the dash (PITA), and checked the wiring, but everything checked out. Any ideas? Has this happened before to anyone? Help would be greatly appreciated, I really don't want to have to buy a new stereo.

 

Is this a CD or Tape player bose?

Had the same problm in my 94 only mine worked some of the time. got tired of it and went aftermarket. best guess is a loose connection or a bad connection.

 

try all of you connections, mine did that, then i got a ses light and had it scanned and they found loose connections at the computer and at a power wire, after that everythings been fine

 

I Have the Exact same problem

the headunit light flickers bright and dim

and it will flash the balance and fade and speaker sound will bounce around for a second, its really annoying
