I just got my car back 3 days ago (i put two quarts of ATF in when i first got it) and today i lost third and fourth gear. I was like "DAMMIT!" I forgot to add two more quarts and I was already low...I was about 5 miles away from my house when I lost third and fourth, so when I got home I just parked it and took my brothers car to get two more quarts of ATF. Well, I bought three quarts and put two in and now its on "warm" so I took it back out for another ride. It shifted hardER out of first and tried to shift into third but jumped right back into second. I was going to take it out for another ride to make sure, but I figured I better not...Any advice? I'm kinda pissed cause I've been waiting for over 9 months to get my car back and three days after I get it back, I have to put it back down because I forgot something as stupid as this...

EDIT: Also, where can I get a cheap rebuild kit for a 4L60E?

 

I went with TCI, and i got it form summit, it was a little under 150 bucks. It works awesome.

 

what is the part number for that rebuild?
