Problems with elbow fitting

I got one of the hawkracing lt1 elbows and I tried to install it last night. I never got it installed though and had to throw on the stock one again because it didn't seam to fit properly. I got it onto the throttle body but never got it hooked to the maf because it seamed to be to long. Becuase of that it didn't line up right with the throttle body and i wasn't able to slide the other end even with the maf. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Problems with elbow fitting

Its the mojo motorsports one being sold on ebay for liek 50 bucks. Sorry had the wrong name orginally. Looks like the one from vortech or trick flow. Its a metal elbow thats why i cahnged form the stock. I also have the slp cold air intake which doesn't allow for much playing room when trying to fit this stuff in.
