hi there,

i'm removing an rear end off a 94z.


we got the springs out, shocks,brakes, LCA's , bassiclyy everything except the damn panhard bar.


it wont budge at all.... i even used a impact on it!!!!


and also the sway bar nuts are fronzen and striped because they wont move, even with an impact!!!!!


how do i....

remove panhard
remove /break sway bar retainer bolts


please help me.

would an air chizzle work on the swaybar bolts?

 

Use some liquid wrench. Then try it in a few hours or the next day. If the impact won't work, use a long breaker bar. Add a pipe extension to it if necessary. Lay down on your back and use your foot to break them loose. You can generate some serious heat with your leg.

 

I had to use a plasma cutter to remove my sway bar links. Just cut them babies in half. never had trouble with removing the pan hard rod.
