problems after opti install

ive replaced my opti about a month ago and the car ran pretty good, also o2 sensors and just passed ca. smog with flying colors. ive got some other issues such as trouble starting up feels like a fuel pump giving it up but im not sure. when i startup it can take upto 30 seconds of turning over to fire. my main thing is that after i did the opti i reset the computer to stock and all was well, no codes for a month but i havent pushed that car very hard at all. yesterday i got on the freeway and i held it out WOT. car revved up and had a hard time shifting out of 2nd i was running FREESCAN at the time and i got this list of codes that all poped up at one time and they were all new codes.

16 low system voltage
32 egr fault
36 high res failure
41 est open
42 est grounded
46 Fuel enable failure
50 system voltage low
55 fuel system lean
18 not used
51 promflash error

i couldnt believe it when i saw it now i dont know what to do with myself, i really appreciate any help with this

Re: problems after opti install

I'd reset the PCM again and see what codes come back. Also connect a fuel pressure gauge to the Schrader valve on the fuel rail and check your fuel pressure. Fuel pressure should hold steady after the fuel pump cycles when the key is turned to run (not start). If the fuel pressure bleeds down quickly after the fuel pump stops, chances are the check valve inside the fuel pump is dirty or faulty. This will cause the hard starting issue.
