drove my 1995 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 with the State Police Package LT-1 the other day and when I hit the Brake's the engine started to sputter then catch, is this a Fuel Problem or the Throttle Body?

 

Not enough info to be much help. If it only happens when you hit the brakes, it could be a loose electrical connection.

 

Do your brakes feel a little tighter than usual? I had the same problem, turned out that the power brake booster developed an enteral air leak and robbed to much vacume from the engine. After I replaced mine, problem went away. Hope this helps, God bless.
