Question Problem starting and with idle after adding Procharger

I have just finished my ATI D1-SC install and when trying to start I had to depress the accelerator for it to start and the idle was very rough. I just ran it for a little and I went WOT throttle and after letting off it died. It started back up and ran extremely rough and won't idle. The opti is brand new. I just changed the plugs and the wires are good. The PCM is an OBDI conversion done by PCMforLESS with a tune for the supercharger. I broke in the motor with the stock 24lbs injectors and OBDII computer right before adding the supercharger and it ran fine. Any ideas where to start looking for the problem?

Sounds like a crossed wire/misfire. If you have an infrared temp gun, that's where I'd start looking. Find which cylinders aren't firing (cold header tube)

My wires are all split loomed and it ran fine with the OBDII computer and stock injectors. The Procharger bracket does come in contact with the wires but like I said they are all split loomed. It also started up and idled before going WOT. It them shut off and wouldn't even run without keeping the accelerator pedal pushed in. It will barely run if started with the pedal pushed halfway down and feels like it's running on 2-3 cylinders. Any help appreciated.

Could be a vacum leak. Check the intake manifold. Make sure you didn't forget anything.

Check all your air tubing connections from the MAF all the way to the throttle body. Sometimes one connection will come loose during boost. If you get any extra air after the MAF is throws the computer off.
