I've been trying to track down a stalling problem for a few days now. When I start the car it will idle fine for as long as i want it to, but when a load is put on it, it will not idle again until it's shut off and restarted. It also has a hesitation from 1500-2200rpm that gets worse the longer I drive the car. Any ideas?

 

C'mon somebody has to have a suggestion. I've changed O2's, checked for vaccuum and exhaust leaks. I have a new opti-plugs-coil-ign. module. I'm sure it's running rich, but I don't know why. Any thought's?

 

What is the non-load idle, and what does it drop to in gear? You mentioned that you checked for leaks etc, did you find any?

What are your TPS volts?

 

It idles at 1000rpm. And no, I couldn't find any leaks. Forgot to mention I re-adjusted the rockers again thinking that might be it, but it didn't help.

 

I just replaced the map sensor and a few vaccuum lines, and of course, it didn't help. How do I check the TPS sensor voltage? Could this have anything to do with it? What about the IAC-could that be it? I'm just throwing out ideas here-anybody?
