I looked on Shoebox's web site - no joy. Anybody? The shop manual is not great.

 

Pretty easy, remove the 4 5/16 (they're probably metric suckers but a ratching 5./16 box wrnech works awesome) on top of the rails, pry the rail up gently with a screwdriver. The fuel injectors should be stuck to the rails with little metal clips, a screwdriver pops these off too. Undo the wiring harness from the injector(s) and pull down a bit to pop them out. Have a handful of new spare injector o-rings, remember to lube them with motor oil before putting them back in too!

You can probably change all 8 in about an hour, I understand most guys don't bother trying to put the little metal clips back on, kind of a PITA.
