Okay,
I just recieved a set of tubular BMR control arms today. One of the grease nipples (I believe that's what they're called) is broken off flush with the control arm. Is there any way to get it out (the broken half)?

 

If it came like that from BMR, I wouldnt touch it. Send it back to them! I think the are called "zerk" fittings, bu the way.

 

Well, I let BMR know what happened and they're sending me a brand new replacement control arm, great service!
