Pro Magnum 1.6RR's

I've got a chance to get some of these REALLY CHEAP and was wondering if you have to change the valve springs out when you do the RR. I'm kinda tight on $$$ right now BUT plan on cam/head port in the next 6mo or so. So the springs will def get swaped then. Let me know!! Thanks a bunch!!!!

If you're getting 1.6 ration roller rockers then you should change the springs at the same time. I don't think the stock springs can take the lift.

if you have the option to get cheap rr's now, then get them and put them on later when you get new springs. i dont plan on doing it all at once, but when i get the spare change, i plan on buying all the components for killer heads and piecing them together later.

I wouldn't run 1.6s on the stock springs. You can get LT4 springs/retainers/keepers pretty cheap.

Cool

I think you have to change the springs. Others will think different but the stock springs are for 1.5 and that is it.
