Just check a few of the support vendor's websites on what they're selling a new set for. $225 sounds like it's a good deal, but I bought mine several years ago so don't remember exactly how much I paid.

255 shipped was a special pricing I paid for the Pro Mags through a supporting vendor. I thought it was a pretty good deal.

just be careful of your valve covers. my Stock LT-1 covers didnt fit and ended up picking up LT4(or lt1 corvette) valve covers.

That problem is easily fixed with a set of pliers. Just crimp the supports and stock valve covers fit.

This has been covered about a million times and is NO reason for concern.
