i just changed all of my switches(relays). i had the same problem as you, the window wouldnt go up after rolling it down. The relays were also broken, it would move up and down freely with no resistance at all. So i decided to change all my relays on both the driver and passanger side. 3 window and 2 door lock relays, the mirror relay i reused because i never use it anyway.
after i changed the relays, the window still didn't work. I believe that the window motor needs to be replaced, i just havent gotten around to it. The brushes are probably worn out on the window motor causing the signal to overload thus causing the window to stop going up or down. Well, thats my problem, hope this helps. All the switches and the 2 pannels came out to about $80 with a discount from gm.

1994-1996 Camaro LH power window switch
(2 switches- including the RH/in one unit) p/n 10402838

Takes a few minutes to replace. Costs ~$12.50 even at dealer retail. The switch is held in by clips on the back side of the small panel.

well good news guys $9.45 at my local chevy dealer. i know the parts manager and i get deals! list was 13 something. also took a total of about 30 seconds to fix thanks everyone, works great now. actually the windows seem like they roll up and down faster now with the new switch so im thinking the old switch was messed up and didnt give all the voltage or something i guess to get a good speed! thankss!
