power steering temp. disconnect
power steering temp. disconnect
I've got a 93 LT1 in my 62 Impala SS, i did have it set up running a V Belt alternator with a pully infront of the ballancer. I have since put the stock bracket back on with the A/C, power steering, and alternator. My car doesnt have power steering right now, i am planning on it soon, rather then spending a lot on a delete pully, can i take the high pressure output of the pump and feed it directly into the power steering tank, and just let it circulate? there shouldnt be any pressure build up since there's no restriction in the system, i think this will work, i knwo i can't run the pump dry.
any help, or if someone has a P/S delete pully they would want to sell really cheap.
thanks,
