Whats the most hp/tq that stock LT1 crank/rods/pistons can hold? Or a good estimate of it. Thx in advance for any info.

The fact is some are strong and some are duds when it comes to putting a lot of power threw them. I've heard of people blowing stock motors on a 150 shot, but I also know personally of two people that ran heads and big cam +175 shot and the other guy had heads cam+200 shot. Even with heads cam and a 150 shot I'd imagine thats well into the 500rwhp+ range.

 

Near 126mph traps with a 3650 raceweight and stock shortblock. You do the math.

 

cool looks like ill be ok until i build my stroker motor thats all im asking from her.. i know she should hold up fine on motor (bolt ons, cc306, stock heads) but it was the addition of the nitrous (150 shot) with the cam that i was worried about the most. guess theres only one way to find out
