powdercoat waterpump?

has anyone done it? can it be done without warping the aluminum? besides the outer plate gasket and o-ring on the drive, are there anymore gaskets to worry about?

Ya will have to take it apart and do the housing and cover by themselves.

It should not be that hard at all. Not much to it.

I just had mine powdercoated, and it turned out great.

Just about everything is pressed on. So you will need to carefully take it apart and not damage anything. I took my old waterpump apart just for the hell of it and man, things were on there good!

Ya don't want to use a BFH on it so ya will have to take it and get it pressed apart.

What's wrong with some good paint?
