Possible Warped Head ? ?

I recently took my passenger side head off, and just for S&G's took it to the machine shop to see if it was warped at all. I found out that the head is perfect except for on the far side at the very edge of the head twards the front it is off by 4 thousandths of an inch. The machine shop guy said that it was minor but he could fix it. He also said that the head bolts may sinch it down perfect once installed. I'm just wondering if this will cause me to have a problem with a leaking head gasket down the road. Should I have him remove the intake valves and straighten it out while the head is off or is this too minor to worry about. It is near two of the water jacket holes though. Also I've already had the heads milled 10 thousandths when I had the new valves installed a while back. Anybody have an opinion? Thanks

If he's already got the head I would have him shave it right. One of my heads was warped .040 and it was salvagable. Do it now for peace of mind in future.
