94 CAMRO Z28

I have the radiator out and everything up front is drained. With my ypipe/offroad pipe setup that I have now, its gonna be damn near impossible to get the Ypipe out of the way enough to get at these drains. So is it possible to pull the heads without doing it or am I going to flud the cylinders with coolant? Thanks

I pulled my heads without using the drain plugs on the block and i did get some coolant spilled in the bore but not that much.
