Possible problem with O2 sensors

I have a heavily modified 383 Stroker with an ATI D1-SC. All mods are listed below. I am having a problem which I believe is related to the O2 sensors. When I start the card cold it runs very rough until it gets up to tempature and then runs fine. I can usually tell this be the air/fuel gauge. It will read lean when started and then progressively go to normal and then it's running ok. Now, if I shut the car off and start it up shortly after it takes a long time for it to start running correctly. It will take an average of 5-10 minutes before it starts running right. The A/F meter will stay in the lean so I am assuming it is dumping a lot of fuel to correct for it. Anyone have any ideas of why this would do that?

One thing I forgot to add. I was thinking of trying the MSD O2 sensors to remedy the problem. I guess they are supposed to get to operating range almost instantly. Has anyone used these or are they compatiable with the LT1s?
