when im driving normally around town and on the highway it runs great. but once i hit it, it has a miss starting around 4500 rpms. another thing im pretty sure its burning oil cuz also when i get on it i see blue smoke out the back. and at idle in gear it kind of stumbles ( the rpms jump from about 600 to 900 and the oil pressure gauge jumps with it). but once im moving its smooth driving. could these problems be related? i did a search and alot were saying bad opti or fuel pump or possibly a dirty MAF. please help guys. thanks.

 

another thing, the wires were replaced last summer with msd 8.5 mm wires and ngk plugs.
