possible IAC bad?

my car started to take a few more cranks then normal to start a long time ago. now that its cold out it will start and if i dont keep it up at least 1500 RPM for about 20 seconds it will die. i was thinking it might be IAC so i tested resistance and that was good, took it off sprayed some carb cleaner on it and cleaned TB. didnt do anything. i didnt force the IAC to move i didnt know if i could break it. anyone think it could be stuck or bad? i replaced TPS sensor too (need to check voltage again). fuel pressure was alright last time i checked. thanks guys.

You knon those IAC's can really react slow when dirty giving those symptoms and can be damaged with the wrong cleaner.

I would also search for ANY vacuum leaks that could also give you similar symptoms.

+1 on the borrow, I have 2 of them and I always keep one clean and ready to swap when it acts up.
