Ok i just went out to my car to fix my power steering pump, i have horrible vibrations throughout my car, mainly noticed at certain rpms 1500-2000 while sitting still with clutch pedal to floor. I just looked at my balancer and i see that a lil rubber ring looking thing, almost looks like double sided tape is all ripped up and coming out a spots and smushed up in the balancer.. time for a new one id suggest and this could fix my vibrations? im excited about this now.

 

That could definately be the cause of vibrations. I'd pick up a ASP balancer / under drive pulley. When i bought mine i think it was around $140. Good luck.
