Is it possible for a clogged fuel filter to make you run lean?

Is it possible for a clogged fuel filter to make you run lean?

I am running at 14.8 to 1 AF ratio and have had tuning done I changed the maf out and was looking and the FF looks pretty old could this be the culprit of the lean condition? also the AF is pretty steady lean throughout rpm band let me know

If you're really worried about it, change the filter. A couple bucks and half an hour's work. No big deal.
