Im sure he means that he's going to spend $11,000 dollars on parts, and pay someone $3000 to put it in... Surely couldnt suggest using 8psi with a 100shot on a stock bottom end

Your time and money might be better spent maximizing the potential of what you already have, and learning to drive it to its potential. Everyone falls into the 'throwing more money and parts' at a combination, only to be dissapointed with the results. Driving well is a significant component to great ET's.

Which would you rather have? Bragging rights for putting near the same power to the ground as an 04 Cobra, or bragging rights that you can beat them at the track with less power? Most can throw enough money at a car to put down impressive HP numbers, far fewer can actually use that power effectively.

my buddy has an 03 w/ exhaust/venom chip/and a smaller pulley and put down 433 to the wheels, he hasn't ran it yet,
i'm hoping for around 400 at the wheels,
i don't really know but i would imagine the cobras would lack the torque that our cars would but out, plus it might have more hp, but that might be peak power, not necessarily a decen power band through the gear.

Your best and cheapest out is NOS.They have a power adder,so why shouldn't you.150-200 shot will take care of that--real quick--

All's fair in love,war and power adders.If you get your stuff optimized and get plenty of bite and weigh 32-3300 ya might get him.The big factor is the weight difference.I presume yours is 355CID?
