Ok, I got to go to a REAL track this past weekend with the new H/C. I'm sure I'm running really rich but running the juice I finally hit 11.87!! @ 122.
I don't thats too bad with stock tranny/ converter and rearend. I converter is the next mod.

My question is that I ran that time and the car felt really strong! and then my next run will spraying in the upper rpms I was getting a crackling sound?? anyone heard this or know what it is?

 

I also noticed that its would back fire a little out of the drivers side exhaust while driving back to the pits? any suggestions?

 

Check the plugs.
