I don't think there is such a thing. Only a nut holds the stock rockers in place.

Yes. Just use the ones for the correct size stud and retain the stock ball washer thingies (tallies or shorties, which ever flavor you prefer). Done many times over on our circle track cars because the stock nut tends to strip more and more metal off the stud the more you use them because the nuts are "crimped" to keep them from backing off.
