Poly Busyhings Bad? Opinions wanted :)

http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/1701/bushings.htm

I'm looking to get new springs shocks and a 1lE swaybar put in.
What bushing will I need to get(Just the swaybar bushings?)?
Are poly bushings really worth it?
Does it really matter that much for the swaybar?
Anyone know the P/N of the rubber GM ones?

The link seems to be strongly against them, but I know a lot of people here have them. I don't know much at all about how the suspension on our cars work. Just wondering what you guys think of them in terms of squeeking and logevity and if I could get some basic Bushing education

Poly is the best choice for a sway bar bushing-it ain't going to bind. The rear LCA's however are a bad place for poly bushings. They are fine for drag racing there but will inhibit the lca's from rotating when you're in a turn which causes bind.

polygraphite = good
polyurithene = bad
PST has the best bushings IMO. I run them on all my cars.
