Plugs/Wires? Other tune-up stuff?

Plugs/Wires? Other tune-up stuff?
The car has 143k. Opti/WP were replaced two years ago. I don't know about the plugs/wires. Would this be something wise to do? Could there be a good bit of power I'm not seeing simply because of old plugs/wires? If so, reccommend me what to get please.
