Plug wires coming loose...anyone else have this problem ?!?!

I was retightening my header bolts today.... I thought some were loose because I was getting the classic "ticking" sound of an exhaust leak. Turned out I had THREE spark plug wires so loose they were about to fall out
I tightened them back up and the car is quiter and runs better. My 2 Q's.... has this happened to anyone else after installing LT's? (I used anti-seize on the plug threads, maybe that was my prob ) The second Q... I'm sure they've been loose for a couple hundred miles. What effects, ie. damage, could that cause the affected cylinders?
Appreciate any answers. Thanks in advance.

happened to me a few times. in different street race cars too. it usually happens when Im overdue for a tuneup.

no damage has been done, dont worry bout it. just tighten them back up good or throw in some new ones. new plugs always makes the car run ALOT better. more than you think.
