I am replacing the old AC iridium plugs with some standard NGK's.
Can anyone tell me the correct gap setting for these thanks, they are not Iridium ones.

LT1 stock gap is .050".

Note that it is also beneficial to provide a signature with some car info, so people know what vehicle they are replying about.

 

He's right, of course, but consider a gap of .045 since the gaps will open up with use, and as much of a pain as they are to change, you can buy some extra miles of use that way.

 

A good reason to stick with Iridium plugs, for anything other than a big "power adder" setup (forced induction or nitrous). I can't think of any advantage in using a non-precious metal plug in a normally aspirated application. I run conventional plugs, but only because they get changed frequently switching between street driving and 300-shot track use (at least when the car actually used to get driven).
