Please help me with my bad idle problems

I need some help with my bad idling problems on my car. When you first start up the car and drive it the cars runs fine, but once the car gets warmed up the problem starts. The car has a new coil, new plugs and wires, fuel pump and fuel filter. I have cleaned the throttle body and have already checked for vacuum leaks, also I have scanned the O2 sensors and they all seem to be reading fine. Can anybody give me any suggestions on what to check next???

I didn't notice you checked the EGR for leaks or sticking. I also didn't notice if you checked the fuel pressure regulator for a hole in it. check the vac line to see if its wet. While your at it check your fuel pressure with the vac line connected and with the vac line disconnected and plugged.

I also just replaced the EGR, and the vacuum line is not wet and I checked the fuel pressure with the vacuum line on and off. I also took of the IAC and cleaned that and it still hasn't fixed the problem ....
Anymore suggestions???

I am having very similar problems too with no SES light or code. I was told it could be the Opti or since I just changed my Pump it could be vapor lock (mabee I crimped a line)....I have not figured it out yet but mabee someone else can shed some light on this.
